Our process
Every case is different, but our approach is always the same: understand your situation, give you an honest plan, and prepare an application built to be decided. Here is what working with us looks like, step by step.
-
1
Free enquiry
Tell us your situation through the quote or assessment form, or book a free first call. There is no cost and no obligation — just a clear conversation about your goals, background and timeline.
-
2
Assessment
We assess your eligibility against the current rules: your occupation and any skills assessment, points where relevant, health and character factors, and family. You get an honest read on what is realistic — and the alternatives if your first choice is a long shot.
-
3
Strategy & quote
You receive a clear written plan — which visa, why it fits, what evidence is required and the expected timeline — together with a transparent flat-fee quote for the agreed scope. No hourly surprises, and you decide before anything proceeds.
-
4
Preparation & lodgement
We prepare and lodge a complete, well-evidenced application: forms, documents, written submissions and, where relevant, state nomination or employer sponsorship. Everything is reviewed before it goes to the Department so it arrives ready to be decided.
-
5
Decision & beyond
We manage any Department requests on your behalf, keep you updated, and once the decision is made we advise on next steps — visa conditions, travel, and your pathway to permanent residence or citizenship.
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to use a migration agent?
We charge a transparent flat fee for an agreed scope, quoted in writing before you commit — no hourly billing and no surprise charges. Government application charges are separate and paid directly to the Department of Home Affairs. The first call is free.
Do I have to commit after the free first call?
No. The first call and our initial assessment carry no obligation. You only proceed once you are happy with the written plan and the fixed-fee quote.
How long does the whole process take?
It depends on the visa and your circumstances. Your written plan includes an expected timeline, and current Department processing times are shown on each visa page. A complete, well-evidenced application lodged up front is the best way to avoid delays.
Will I work with a registered agent or junior staff?
You work with a Registered Migration Agent directly, from the first call through to the decision — no handovers to junior staff.
What happens if my visa is refused?
No agent can guarantee an outcome, and we will tell you honestly if a pathway is a long shot before you spend anything. If a decision is unfavourable, we explain your review or appeal options and give you a realistic view of the prospects.
